Exhibitor Information

The organizers offer the possibility for book, software, and other exhibitions during the ICM'98 Congress in Berlin. You can choose between two possibilities

An exhibition (book or other) with your own stand. The fee for the stand will be DM 500 per square meter for the whole period of the congress (August 18-27, 1998). The exhibition area is located in the main building of the Technische Universit"at Berlin in the direct neighbourhood of the central cafeteria and the main lecture halls in which all invited lectures will take place and. The fee includes tables, chairs, and electricity, but not special exhibition furniture. Telephone and internet-access are available at an extra charge.
A book exhibition via the local book shop Lehmanns Buchhandlung GmbH. Publishers who want to exhibit their books via Lehmanns should address themselves to

There is the possibility to store material overnight in a locked room. Additionally, there will be guards that watch the whole exhibition area at night. Experiences with other conferences have shown that this guarantees a very high safety.

You will then obtain an invoice. The amount due must be payed to ICM'98 at least three months before the start of the congress. Otherwise, the reservation will not be maintained.
