Abstract (english)

In this scientific paper we describe from our point of view, a basis for an efficient and flexible concept that we call "Planungsinselkonzept" (PIK). This concept is based on project organisation which first of all combines a process- and function orientation and hereby integrates sophisticated information- and a communication structure. Second of all this concept is supported from system analysis, teamwork and the learning organisation. The center of this study shows you the so called PIK which is orientated on an "island concept" for planing and production. The result of this concept provides you an independent service system which is connected with a dotted line to the standard organisation.

Abstract (deutsch)

Im Mittelpunkt steht die organisatorische sowie die informations- und kommunikationstechnische Gestaltung von (Teil-)Projekten. Es werden die Grundideen des Fertigungsinsel- und Planungsinselkozeptes aufgegriffen und ein Modell zur Prozeßverbesserung von Projekten, zum sogenannten ""Projektinselkonzept"" (PIK), zusammengefügt. Ein weiteres tragendes Elemente im PIK stellt eine Lernende Projektorganisation dar und gewährleistet damit Größenvorteile, Lern- bzw. Erfahrungskurven und damit eine Beschleunigung der Projektprozesse. Unterstützt wird das PIK durch eine Auswahl individueller Informations- und Kommunikationssysteme, wie bspw. Groupware- und Worflowanwendungen.
