First Amendment Simulation

First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Scenario H:
In public schools across the country, clergy members are invited to offer prayers as part of the schools' graduation ceremonies. The father of one student sought an injunction barring the school system from continuing this practice.

Does the first amendment support the father's right to prevent such prayers? YES NO

Why or why not?
