Abstract: In this paper we construct for a class of flat generically
reductive group schemes over a smooth projective algebraic
curve a canonical parabolic subgroup. This extense results
of K. Behrend and generalizes in particular the well known
Harder-Narasimhan filtration of vector bundles.
