FIPS.STATE, FIPS.COUNTY90, and FIPS.TRACT90 are numeric codes used to uniquely identify each record. STUB.GEO (e.g. "Tract 1") is the name of the geographic area. P0010001 (table P1, cell 1) is total population. P0060001 through P060005 (table P6, cells 1-5) are race-specific populations. H023B001 (table H23B, cell 1) is the median value of housing units.
