Annual PAM Dinner
What better way to kick off the 1998 annual SLA conference than attending the now traditional PAM Saturday evening dinner? Thurston Miller and Richard Funkhouser have selected the Majestic Restaurant located three blocks east of the Convention Center. The dinner will take place at 7:00 PM in a private dining room on the mezzanine level. The restaurant, located in what once was the two-story lobby of the Indianapolis Gas Company, is at 47 South Pennsylvania Street (on the corner of Pennsylvania and Maryland Streets). The price of the complete dinner will be approximately $35.00. Beer, wine, etc. will be available at an additional cost.
Richard Funkhouser is accepting reservations for the dinner. He will be placing a notice of the dinner and the menu selections will be posted on PAMnet around May 10. You may respond to that message or to this notice by sending him e-mail at rlf@purdue.edu or telephoning him at 765/494-2855. The deadline for making reservations is Tuesday, June 2, 1998.
