Deleting 007 fixed fields

To delete an 007 fixed field:

• Tab to the value following the GMD label
• Press ERASE END OF FIELD (or the equivalent on your workstation)
• Press ENTER

Default fixed field values for preliminary records

When changing the format of a brief preliminary record (e.g., an acquisitions record), use the following default fixed field values to correct the fixed fields in the new format:
