EDITOR’S COMMENT
Dear colleague
We have decided to pilot the production of LIBRES on a bi-annual basis for the time being. I am working towards rebuilding the associate editorial team and gaining a firm commitment from them to assist with the securing and reviewing of copy. Until such time as this is working well, it is much more satisfactory for us as an editorial team and, I would think, to you as the reader to have fewer, though more complete issues. Consequently our production cycle will be March and September until further notice.
