Annual Review cover

Annual review and accounts 2004-2005
Corporate plan 2005-08

Laid before the Scottish Parliament by Scottish Ministers October 2005.

Historic Scotland’s achievements against key performance targets for 2004/05 are detailed on page 8 of the annual review and the key performance targets for 2005/06 are set out on page 9.

The Corporate Plan details the ambitious new targets for delivery over the next three years.

John Graham, chief executive“We have identified our five main areas of focus and from these and following consultation with our stakeholders and the general public through our website, a challenging three-year corporate plan has been drawn-up and agreed by the Minister for Tourism, Culture and Sport.

With the appointment of three non-executive directors to the management board, greater consultation, closer working with local authorities and stake holder groups, Historic Scotland’s teams are well placed to delivery these ambitious new targets.”

John Graham, chief executive
